“Try Not. Do.”

Posted by innovativeip on August 10, 2010

If you know who said “Try Not.  Do,” then you can guess the subject matter of today’s Patent of the Day.  U.S. Design Patent no. D265,754, issued August 10, 1982, to George Lucas and his co-inventors.

Today's Patent of the Day

Yes, this design patent is for none other than Yoda, the Super Jedi Master himself.  Who doesn’t like Yoda?  Personally, my favorite Yoda scene is when he kicks Count Dooku’s butt in the Clone Wars, and the “Try Not.  Do.” line is my favorite, as he instructed Luke Skywalker.  How about you?  If you’d like to see the entire patent, please visit http://www.innovativeip.us/images/D265754.8.10.pdf.  Enjoy!
